Craig Alan Elden, 59, of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, passed away on September 18, 2025. Born on February 20, 1966, in Oslo, Minnesota, Craig lived a life marked by quiet strength, unwavering loyalty, and deep devotion to those around him.
A loving father to three daughters-Kiki Mendoza, Brenna Costa, and Paige Elden-Craig dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his family. His kindness and gentle nature left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He was a man who consistently put others before himself, offering support and compassion without hesitation.
Craig was also a proud grandfather to Salma Alday, Noah Alday, and Elijah Mendoza. His presence in their lives was a source of warmth and joy. He shared a special bond with his brother Wayne Elden and held cherished memories of his late parents, Erwing and Florence Elden, as well as his brother Mark Elden and son-in law Luke Costa.
Craig was truly exceptional, with a keen eye for detail and a brilliant mind. Nothing was beyond his capabilities. He poured his heart and soul into every task, taking immense pride in his outstanding work. When life threw challenges his way, he rose above, inspiring others with his resilience.
Throughout his life, Craig worked diligently and approached every task with integrity. Whether through his profession or personal interactions, he treated everyone with respect and sincerity. His honesty and loyalty were hallmarks of his character.
Outside of work and family life, Craig found joy in a variety of hobbies that reflected both creativity and craftsmanship. He enjoyed golfing, drawing with care and imagination, building and welding with skillful hands, reading thoughtfully, and most importantly-spending meaningful time with his loved ones.
Craig's legacy is one of love freely given and kindness quietly practiced. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
