Craig was Born in Denver Colorado to Connie and Carl Goodwin. Craig lived in Littleton with his Father Carl at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his father Carl, his son Nick, Candice and granddaughters Sadie, Riley, Kylie and Macie. His brother Clayton, Terri and nieces and nephew Jennifer, Garrett, Abigail and Clayta. Proceeding his death his mother Connie his wife Pamela and son Chris Goodwin. Dad wore many hats but the one he was most proud of was his military service as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist; he was also a mail carrier for over 20 years. Craig graduated from John F. Kennedy Highschool. During his childhood years he enjoyed Dirt Bike Racing, Playing Soldiers in the neighborhood and Model Building. He loved a life of simplicity but one thing he really loved was animals. He had many wiener dogs through his life the last being Oscar and Lucy who he saved and gave new life. His passion was animals and building models with his son Nick. Craig has made many beautiful models through his life some being seen at museums and shows. Utilizing his passion, he turned these models into exact replicas of military combat vehicles. Craig was quiet and had a small circle. Once you were in his circle, he cared for you more than himself.
Craig will be laid to rest at Fort Logan cemetery where they will perform a military service held with family and friends. Services will start at 9am.
