With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Craig Michael Preissinger, who left this world far too soon.
Craig loved deeply and lived with a kindness that touched everyone who knew him. A true artist, he found joy in painting and drawing, in caring for his beloved cats and plants, and in the wonder of science fiction. He was happiest surrounded by nature, especially while hiking and camping in Yosemite National Park, his favorite place on earth.
Craig is survived by his father, Billy Preissinger, stepmother Jackie Preissinger, and sisters Chelsey Preissinger and Alyx Rice, along with many other friends and family who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Looney, and grandparents Ray and Faye Preissinger.
Craig will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his creativity, and the love he gave so freely.
To honor his memory, loved ones are encouraged to buy a plant in his name and nurture it, just as he nurtured so many lives around him.
