Cristi Joan "Anderson" Anderson

Cristi Anderson, age 57, passed away on January 13, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota, Cristi spent many years living in Eden Prairie before making her home in Fort Myers, Florida, where she lived for the past several years.

After graduating from high school, Cristi began her career as a flight attendant with Sun Country Airlines, a role that reflected her adventurous spirit and love of people. She later brought that same warmth and dedication to restaurant management, working with well-known establishments including Axel's and Lucky 13.

Cristi shared more than 20 years of life with her significant other, Tod. Together they raised five daughters and built a family rooted in love, commitment, and shared experiences. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kaitlin; Tod's daughters, Tierney, Jordan, Addison, and Alyssa; and her cherished granddaughters, all of whom held a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her brothers, and many nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved.

Cristi was the treasured youngest sister to five older brothers who always watched out for her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lael and Charlie, and her brother, Jerry.

Cristi loved time spent with family-whether fishing trips to Canada, playing cards, cruising along the Florida coast, or sharing a good pizza. Known for her huge heart and generous spirit, she was always willing to help those she loved. Cristi will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.

Services will be held at St Hubert's Catholic Church in Chanhassen on January 23. Visitation will be from 10- 11AM with holy service following. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute.
