My lasting memory of Mr. Maenza was at one of his grandchildren's, Cristefaro's, youth soccer games at Taylor Elementary school. The parents and grandparents were invited to play against or along with the kids and Mr. Maenza got out there and played with great gusto, showing some good moves! I would also see him running in Greece Canal Park as I walked my dog there. So sorry for his family's loss. Our prayers and sympathy go out to all his family, friends and neighbors. Jerry and I are saddened to hear of Chris´s passing. We so enjoyed him when he and Tony would stop by our mailbox on their daily walks. Our conversation was delightful along with his exuberance for life. We were especially grateful for his barbering of my husband's very long hair and beard. We both partook of Lina´s homemade Italians cookies and his espresso. Yum! What beautiful people. May God bless all of the family as they grieve their loss.
