Crystal Smith Obituary
Crystal Lynn Smith, age 51, of Stewart, TN, departed this life on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Tristar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. Crystal was born on February 21, 1974, in Nashville, TN, to Joe Keys and Cynthia Reed.
Crystal dedicated her life to being a devoted homemaker and residential caretaker, providing love and support to her family.
She is lovingly survived by her husband, Michael Smith; her cherished children, Steven Samuel, Jackie Raymor, Austin Munoz, William Smith, Sarah Raymer, Angel Raymer, Annabella Munoz, and Alexia Munoz; her beloved siblings, Samuel Snow, Joey Keyes, Matthew Keys, and Veronica Ablel; and her precious grandchildren, Bryson Raymer, Daniel Combs, Isabella Raymer, Ethan Raymer, and Konda Brown. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Eric Combs.
A celebration of Crystal's life will be held at a later date. The details of the service will be announced in due course.
