Curtis was born on November 15, 1963, to Henry Ford Billington and Vinia May Underwood in Clovis, NM. He worked in construction as a carpenter. He enjoyed playing with his dogs, listening to music, dancing, riding his motorcycle and working on his cars.
He is survived by three sons; Todd Billington (Tuya) of Federal Heights, CO, Tyler Billington, Brooks Billington (Anabel) both of Arvada, CO, Siblings; Henry Ford Jr. Billington of Oklahoma, Gary Billington (Sharon) of Hobbs, NM, Randy Billington (Kathy) of Midland, TX, Patricia Serrano (Anselmo) of Hereford, TX, Helen Miranda Felipe (Almanza) of Clovis, NM, grandchildren Beau, Lillian, Sloane, and Theodore.
Curtis is preceded in death by his parents; Henry Ford and Vinia May Billington, brother; Amado Lopez, and sister; Melissa Lopez
