Curtis McNeil, Jr.

Curtis McNeil, Jr., a native of Mobile,

AL was born March 10, 1962 to the union

of Curtis and Marie McNeil, Sr. in Mobile,

AL. He departed his earthly home on

Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Curtis attended Mattie T. Blount High

School. He was employed with Springhill

College. After many years of dedicated

service, he retired.

Curtis loved spending time with his wife and family. He was

an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Curtis and Marie

McNeil, Sr.; his sisters: Carolyn Moore, Darlene Guy, and

Tanja McNeil; his mother-in-law, Marzetta Ray; and son-in-

law, Marvin Richardson, Jr.

Curtis leaves to cherish his legacy and precious memories, a

loving and devoted wife, Jennifer McNeil; seven beautiful

children: Kayla (Marcel) McNeil, Kimberly (Johnqua) Campbell,

Andrea McNeil, Curtis McNeil, III, Roy Ray, Erica (Brandon)

Ray, and Jessica Ray; nine grandchildren: Kurtiana Ray, Juwon

Jordan, Robert Holifield, Roderiquez Holifield, Roderick

Holifield, Marvin Richardson, III, Kimorie Campbell, Johnqua

Campbell, Jr., and Marlin Richardson; two great- grandsons:

Robert Holifield, III and Ryland McNeil Holifield; three sisters:

Sylvia McNeil-Thomas, Leslie Busby, and Pamela McNeil; four

sisters-in- law: Brenda, Jackie, Lisa, and Pam; one brother-in-

law, Anthony; two aunts: Sandra Cooper and Brenda Starr; one

uncle, Leslie Moore, Jr.; nieces and nephews: Chauncey, Andrea,

Cedric, Preston, Onamecia, Zandra, Michael, Thomas, Timothy,

Zhivago, and Ticonderoga; great-nieces and nephews: Dedrick,

Tequilla, Jamyra, Anjerrica, Cameron, and Mi'Asysia; one

god-brother. Bryon Allen; one close cousin, Vincent Moore; and

a host of cousins, other relatives and close friends; two close

friends: Paul Manassa, Michael Shinn, and Clifton (Jackie Blue).
