Curtis Proctor 51 of Roy Washington passed away on the morning of November 9th in his sleep. Curtis was born January 14th 1973 in Wurzburg Germany to William and Guadelupe Proctor. He was the 4th of four children that the Proctor family was blessed with. His surviving siblings Virginia,William, and Sherri.
Curtis left behind wife Vanessa and his two children Samantha and Nicholas.
While he walked this Earth he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, he loved to throw barbecues and go camping, he loved his music and going to concerts, and as most of everyone knows he was always there to lend a helping hand.
