Cynthia Blavat Obituary
Cynthia was born on October 28th, 1947 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late John and Betty Rider. She retired from the Census Bureau after 15 years of dedicated service. Cynthia was known for her sense of humor, love for culture, art, and most of all, music. She also loved spending time with her kids, family, and precious grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by her sister, Jeane Lee.
She is survived by her two sons, daughter, sister and brother-in-law, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
