Cynthia was born in Louisa, KY on November 24, 1984 to Richard and Arlena Kise Boling.
She was preceded in death by her father Richard Boling, her grandparents Jack Boling, Arliie and Linda Kise, and a step grandfather Harry Ruff.
Cynthia was a beautiful person inside and out, she never met a stranger and was loved by everyone that knew her. She enjoyed watching online Sunday morning Church services, listening to music, playing and chatting on her phone, hanging out with her family and loved watching online auctions.Her spunky attitude and laughter will be missed by all.
Survivors include her mother Arlena (Joshua Laney) Boling, a brother Kyle Boling, her grandmother Roberta Ruff, a special aunt and uncle James and Vicky Kise; 3 special cousins Madelyn Johnson Peyton Kise and Logan Kise, uncles David Boling, Joseph (Tammy) Cantrell, a step uncle Harry Jr. (April) Ruff, her best friend Brittany Triplett, and aunt Cyns favorite, Kade Triplett. She also leaves behind a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday August 22nd at 11:00 am at the Charley FWB Church with Rev. Brian Fannin and Rev. Joe Castle officiating. Burial will follow in the Boling Cemetery on Charley, Ky. Friends may visit the family on Thursday August 21st from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Charley FWB Church.
Care for Cynthia and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
