Cynthia Breed, 69, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025 at her home in Palm Coast, Florida.
Born January 9, 1956 in Randolph, Vermont to parents Charles and Francis Woodard. Cynthia was a beacon of warmth and kindness throughout her life. Known for her vibrant spirit and zest for life, Cynthia found joy in life's simple pleasures-whether browsing yard sales, playing scratch-off tickets, or testing her luck at the slot machines. But above all, her greatest happiness came from time spent with her family and friends. Her unwavering dedication, boundless generosity, and loving heart touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her memory will continue to live on through the love she shared and the lives she so meaningfully impacted.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Francis; brothers, Roy and Richard Woodard; and beloved daughter, Elizabeth Wilt. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Harold Breed; cherished son, Harold Breed Jr.; brother, Chuck Woodard of Panama City, Florida; sisters, Linda Martelle of Smithfield, North Carolina, and Brenda Tanguay of Rome, Georgia. She leaves behind a lasting legacy in her grandchildren: Gocean, Nicholas, Matthew, Cameron, Justin, Tyler, Makayla, Mackenzie, Kyleigh, Harley, Samara, and Jaxon; great-grandchildren: Gocean Jr., Baylor, Baue, Brayden, Olivia, Maveric, Tyson, Hailey, and Brynlee. Cynthia was also deeply loved by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
