DIBACCO – Cynthia DiBacco, age 73 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Dustin Wilbanks officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville. Cynthia worked for AT&T as a Systems Engineer prior to retiring. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Cynthia was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill DiBacco and Jerry Rolader; parents, James Pierce and Florence Virginia (Wattwood) Higgins; siblings, Randy Higgins and Camilla Coffia. She is survived by her sons, Richard Christopher (Cathy) Meier of Nottingham, PA, Jason Randolph Meier of West Deptford, NJ, Robert Todd (Cathy) Meier of Loganville, GA; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, James Lewis (Linda) Higgins of Griffin, GA; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. 770-466-1544.
