Cynthia Ann (Pohl) Fedewa, age 69, of Westphalia passed away on April 22, 2025. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend. Family, friends, fellowship, and faith were especially dear to her heart. Those that know Cindy, know that her love language was that of acts of service. She abundantly gave of her time and talents throughout her life. Embracing her gift of creativity, she is known for her sewing, quilting, crocheting, cooking, and baking. She possessed a warm sensitivity to the needs of others and her generosity of spirit comforted many. Doing small acts with great love was her gift. Her extraordinary ability to make someone's day seemed effortless.
Cindy appreciated nature, specifically her flower beds at home and at the cottage she and Rick shared with their family. She truly cherished spending quality time with her loved ones. Relaxing on the porch and taking pontoon rides in warm sunshine brought her joy. Adventurous at heart, Cindy loved to travel with family and friends. She made countless happy memories on cruises to tropical locations, family vacations to neighboring states, and simple road trips through the Michigan countryside.
Cindy retired, after 23 years of dedicated and loyal service, from St. Mary School of Westphalia in 2021. She also worked for the State of Michigan from 1973-1985. Always eager to participate and lend a helping hand, she participated in numerous councils, committees, and teams during her lifetime. Cindy's love of St. Mary Parish and her hometown of Westphalia can be found throughout the community.
