CYNTHIA FLEMMING Pratt - Cynthia Dean Flemming, 71, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. She was born on December 7, 1953 in Pratt to Junius Reed and Vanetta Mae (Martin) Flemming. Cynthia graduated from Pratt High School in 1972. She went on to earn an Electronics Certificate from Salina Technical School. She worked as a cook at various places such as Uptown Cafe, Pratt Regional Medical Center, Friendship Manor and Pratt High School. She was a member of Second Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing volleyball and softball through Pratt Recreation Department, walking around the neighborhood, crocheting, photography, flower gardening, going on road trips and watching older movies. She is survived by her siblings, Judy Tomlin of Denver, Colorado, Pennie Nafisa of Pratt, Martin (Mary) Flemming of Pratt, Guy (Kathy) Flemming of Mt. Holly, North Carolina, Brad (Darby) Flemming of Pratt, Van (Sandra) Flemming of Pratt, Shawn Flemming of Pratt; son, Tyrone (Sequetta) Flemming of Parker, Colorado; and grandchildren, Layla and Brice Flemming. Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph Flemming, Larry Minnis and Lance Flemming; and sister, Irene Robinson. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 3, 2025 at Second Baptist Church, Pratt with Pastor Perry Johnson presiding.
