BOWLING GREEN -- Cynthia J. Hill, 71, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family that adored her on Friday, November 7, 2025. She was born on August 15, 1954, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Donelda "Dolly" (McNamera) Hutchins.
On November 8, 1974, Cynthia married the love of her life, Robert Hill, and he survives in Bowling Green.
A 1972 graduate of Lima Central Catholic High School, Cynthia went on to earn her associate degree in medical transcribing from Stautzenberger College. She began her career working for Dr. Wojciechowski in clerical support and later worked for many years as a leasing agent with Greenbriar in Bowling Green, where she eventually retired.
Cynthia will be remembered for her kind spirit, sense of humor, and love of life. She truly enjoyed shopping-those who knew her best knew that she never passed up a good shopping trip. She cherished the annual family vacations to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a beloved family tradition for the past 15 years. Cynthia was also an enthusiastic fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and especially loved watching commentator Terry Bradshaw.
Above all, family was the center of Cynthia's world. She thrived when surrounded by those she loved and never missed a chance to attend her grandchildren's school events and activities. Her devotion, warmth, and laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her beloved husband, Robert, Cynthia is survived by her daughters Angie (Steve Moran) Pauken, Heather (Beau) Parsons, Tracy (Dan) Mathias, brother March Hutchins, cherished grandchildren Austin Pauken, Paige Viola, Taylor Pauken, Luke Parsons, Dustin Mathias, Bo Mathias and Dakota Mathias.
She was preceded in death by her brother Dave Hutchins, sisters Jeanne Tschida and Janie Hullinger.
A visitation for Cynthia will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. a Rosary service will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green, Ohio at 408 W. Wooster St. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday November 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Father Tom McQuillen will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
