Cynthia Lynn Indurante (kee Kaczmarek), age 65, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. A loving, hardworking, and nurturing woman, Cynthia was the heart of her family, and a source of strength and warmth to all who knew her.
Born on March 4, 1960, Cynthia grew up in Elmwood Park, Illinois, where her strong family roots and lifelong values began. She later settled in the Franklin Park area, where she built a beautiful life, and raised her family with love, laughter, and dedication.
Beloved wife of Joseph G. Indurante and the treasured daughter of Robert and Shirley Kaczmarek. She was a devoted mother to Nicole (Joseph) Cucci, Kimberly (Adrian) Mendoza, Joseph R. Indurante, and Michael Indurante. Cynthia was a proud grandmother to Nathan, Joseph, Eliana, Adrianna, Alexia (Late), and Gabriella. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy, and she never missed a chance to cheer them on from the sidelines or shower them with her endless support and affection.
Cynthia was the dear sister of Cathleen Kaczmarek, Celeste (John) Robson, Carol Olsen, Richard Kaczmarek, and the late Robert W. Kaczmarek. She was also a caring sister-in-law to Catherine (John) Tornabene, Jack J. Indurante, Darin Indurante, and Agnes Indurante (former sister-in-law).
She was a fond aunt and friend to many beloved nieces and nephews, including Joseph L. Indurante, Dan Indurante, Kristie (Vito) Papeo, Andrea (Alan) Miller, Jack (Marija) Tornabene, Melissa Braun, Robert Vos Jr., Stephanie (Phil) Suchowski, John Robson Jr., and Kyle Olsen. Each of them held a special place in her heart.
Cynthia dedicated 29 years of service to the Park District of Franklin Park. From her early days as a Tot School Instructor and Centre at North park wait staff, to her most recent roll as full time Accounts Payable in the finance department. She brought compassion, diligence, and warmth to every role and every colleague she met.
She also found joy in the simple things -- painting and sipping wine with her sisters, spending time with her grandkids, and being a proud dog-grandma to Hershey. Cynthia was always happiest when surrounded by her family, weather babysitting, attending every game and recital, or simply being present with a listening ear and open heart.
Cynthia's life was a beautiful example of what it means to love deeply, give generously, and live with purpose. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family will live on in all who were lucky to know her.
