Cyn was born on August 20, 1956, in St. Paul to Eugene and Helyn Duff. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy. She is survived by her daughter, Megen (KC); grandchildren, Adley, Bennett, and Charles; along with her sisters, Susan and Paula (Dean).
Cyn will be remembered for her deeply caring heart and the way she touched the lives of so many. She had a gift for forming lasting friendships, and her warmth, kindness, and laughter will be missed by all who knew her.
Memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later date.

Cindy was a wonderful friend. I met her through my husband Trent, who went to school with her. Even after the passing of my husband she was a very dear friend of mine and i respected her for her knowledge and willingness to help me! I was so miss her, and her smiling face!!
