She is survived by two sons, Emmit Loosey (April) and Benjamin Loosey (Colette); three grandchildren, Nathan Loosey, Steven Loosey and Mollie Loosey; one great-grandchild, Caiden and one sister, Carol Havner (Tommy). Cindy was preceded by her parents, Emmit and Bettie Acklin; her husband, Lloyd Loosey and two sisters, Cathy Beard and Cheryl Acklin.
Services to celebrate her life will be announced later.
