Cynthia Nelson Obituary
Cynthia J Nelson, age 66 of rural Pelican Rapids, MN died Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Cynthia Jean Nelson was born October 7, 1958, in Moorhead to Ruben and Ruby Lattimore (Martin). She grew up in Moorhead and attended Moorhead High School. For many years, she worked for the Good Samaritan Center. Cindy had been disabled since 1999.
Over the years, Cynthia enjoyed family and friends. She enjoyed riding motorcycle with her side car, gardening, taking trips and traveling in the Semi.
Cynthia is survived by her current husband Michael LeVessuer. Her children of a previous marriage daughter Tina (Dan) Shodean of Waverly SD, son Josh (Jennifer) Nelson of Barnesville, MN and daughter Megan (Ryan) Luken Big Lake, MN and step daughters JoHonna (Randy) Brunson, St. Cloud and Karen Gulstad, St. Cloud, grandson, Nicholas (Kristina) Nelson, Moorhead, MN and granddaughter, Ellie Dalman, Moorhead, MN, step-granddaughter, Alexis Hansen, Barnesville, MN, step-grandsons, Jonathan Hansen, Barnesville, MN, Nathan Braun, St. Cloud, MN, Jake (Paige) Brunson, Foreston, MN, Travis (Lainey) Brunson, Rice, MN and Tegan Gulstad, St. Cloud, MN and two great granddaughters. Brothers, Richard Lattimore and Ronald Lattimore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Harvey Nelson, and the love of her life Michael Gulstad.
VISITATION: 10AM, Friday, January 17, 2025 at Rollag Lutheran Church, Rollag, MN.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11AM, Friday, January 17, 2025 at Rollag Lutheran Church, Rollag, MN.
INURNMENT: Rollag Lutheran Cemetery, Rollag.
