Cynthia Ann Randolph was born on September 29, 1957, in New Orleans, LA to the late James Earl Randolph and MargieNell Stewart Randolph. She entered her heavenly home on January 29, 2026. Cynthia accepted Christ at an early age and sang in the group The Randolph Sisters under the leadership of Robert Randolph. She attended Whole Truth Church of God in Christ with her family. She was educated in the Orleans Parish School System. She was lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA until relocating to Ruston, LA after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Cynthia spent many years providing nurturing care for her nephews and nieces daily. She also enjoyed solving word search puzzles and watching soap operas in her spare time!

She met the love of her life, Curtis, Sr. and they were united in holy matrimony 36 years ago.

To this union, they were blessed with two boys, Curtis, Jr. & Adam Rankins.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Rankins, Sr., father, James Earl Randolph, brother, James Edward Randolph, Sr., mother-in-law, Dorthy Rankins, nephews, Edward Griffin, Jr., and Elliot Randolph, Jr.

She leaves her memories to her mother, MargieNell Stewart Randolph, sons, Curtis, Jr., (Adriana) & Adam Rankins (Rachael), grandchildren, Nohlan & Ariel Rankins, brothers, Elliot Randolph, Sr. (Debra), Lucain Randolph, Sr. (LaKisha), Andre Randolph, Sr. (Jacquel), Steve Randolph (Erica), Jonathan Reed & Irvin Richardson, sisters, Bebe Griffin, Jan Randolph & Hyenthia Connley (Charles), aunts, Ollie Cenance, Linda Kelly (James), & Hilda Nell Williams, of Arms, MS, Henrietta Hartwell of Gulfport, MS, Cora Bissic & Lillie Rankins of Ruston, LA, Eva Board of Indianapolis, IN, an uncle, Holis Rankins, devoted caregivers, Kenyatta Percy & Rose White, (CNA) & Chasity Jones, and a host of nephews, nieces, others relatives & friends.
