Cynthia Schaser Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home-Westwood on Jun. 3, 2025.
Cynthia Anne Schaser nee Bader passed away on May 29, 2025 of natural causes at home surrounded by her family and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents Helen S. Bader and Edward C. Bader from Ft Mitchell, KY, her sister Pat Southworth and her brother Edward Bader from CA.
She is survived by her four children Lisa Mullikin, Joanna (Tony) Feucht, Andrea (Brett) Turner and Chad Schaser. She is the proud Meemaw to ten grandchildren: Zachary (Julie), Sarah (Tyler), Anna (Dylan), Katelyn (Kevin), Saxton, Evan (Kayla), Liam, Ella, Ava, and Gavin. She was also blessed to be the sweetest Meemaw to three great grandchildren Blayke, Maverick and Jameson; and two bonus grandkids Toby and Aisley.
In her early life, Cyndi enjoyed traveling, having visited 49/50 states (sans AK) and abroad. In the early 1960s, Cyndi spent two formative years with her brother in CA before settling back in Cincinnati. Professionally, Cyndi worked many years and retired from Wesley Hall Community Services in Cincinnati, OH.
Cyndi lived for her family and friends. Among her many volunteer activities, Cyndi served as Troop Mother for the Girl Scouts where she ran their summer camps and organized their overnight camping trips. As her children grew, so did the number of her children's friends who refer to her as a 'second mom.'
As a "Meemaw," Cyndi thrived. She will be remembered as 'someone who her grandkids could talk to about anything.'
In her retirement, Cyndi enjoyed rooting fanatically for her favorite sports teams; playing cards with her friends in many bridge clubs; and sharing monthly luncheons with her 'neighborhood ladies' from the street where her kids were raised.
"Inspiration, move me brightly."
Cynthia Anne Schaser, you will be missed, as you were loved.
Goodbye, Bluebird.
The family will be planning a 'Celebration of Life' in the coming days and will notify loved ones promptly. In lieu of sending flowers or a charitable donation, blood donations may be made at the Hoxworth Donation Centers "In Memory of Cyndi Schaser."
