Cynthia "Cindy" L. Smith, of Corry, PA, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Corry Memorial Hospital, Corry, PA.
She was born on November 17, 1962, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of the late James and Caroline (Wright) May.
Cindy had worked at Blair for over 20 years. She enjoyed going to garage sales, watching Law & Order SVU, and vacationing. She liked taking care of her cats and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Cindy is survived by her significant other, Jim Cross; four sons, Dewey Morningstar (Brooke), Jeremiah Morningstar, Dudley Morningstar (Amber Hopkins), and Jedadiah Morningstar (Skylund Higgins); two brothers, Randy and Jim May; grandchildren, Isaac & Lucas Morningstar, Ethan, Aidan and Caleb Morningstar.
A graveside service will be held privately by the family.
Burial will be in Lottsville Cemetery, Lottsville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bracken Funeral Home in care of Cindy Smith's family.
Arrangements are under the care of Bracken Funeral Home, Inc., 315 N. Center St, Corry, PA 16407.

I worked with Cindy @the Rouse Home years ago then reconnected when she was doing online sales ,fun to run into old coworkers .So sorry to hear she has passed away, my deepest condolences to her sons,grandsons & all family.
