Daisy Canton Obituary
Funeral services for Daisy Ann Canton, 88, will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 9891 Texas Hwy, Many, Louisiana. A burial will follow at Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. A visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Brother Stephen Parrish.
Daisy was born on March 29, 1936 to Cletus McKinney and Bennie Mankin McKinney in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
Daisy is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Canton; parents, Cletus and Bennie McKinney; son, Bradley Canton; and siblings, Jack McKinney, Dorothy Lowe, and Charles McKinney. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Chambers (Dennis), and Carol Davis (Billy); grandchildren, Kristan Jordan (Derek), Kody Chambers, Andy Davis (Lacy King), Sara Davis, Mallorey Arthur (Derrick), and Automn Parrish (Zachary Dean); 15 great-grandchildren; nephews, Terry Lowe and Rick Lowe; and brother-in-law, Bill Canton.
Honoring Daisy as pallbearers will be Kody Chambers, Andrew Davis, Randy Hilliard, Derek Jordan, Kenneth Jordan, and Clint Parker. Steven Davis will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
