Predeceased by her parents, Joseph & Lila Brown; siblings, Linda Best, Wendell Brown, & David Brown; & step-son, Lakomah Tisdale.
She is survived by her loving partner of 47 years, Jerome Tisdale; son, Kelwin Brown; grandchildren, Jasmine, Katina, Jamarie, & Jahaun; many step-grandchildren; siblings, Gloria McCray, Joseph Brown Jr., Jacqueline DeBerry, Rose Sherman, Wanda Bethea, Raymond Brown, Juliette Graham, & Ray Brown; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Daisy ran Tisdale Quality Daycare from 1994 until 2012, nurturing countless children along the way. As a loving partner, mother, grandmother, sister aunt, and daughter, she cherished her family above all. Daisy had a passion for crosswords and was known for her exceptional communication skills, bringing connection to everyone she encountered. Her kindness and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Family will receive friends Friday, October 11, 2024 from 10-11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11am. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
