Dale Humphrey Haack, age 80, of Sulphur Springs, Texas passed away at Medical City Dallas on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Dale Humphrey Haack was born on November 22, 1944, in Galena Park, Texas to Edgar F. Hamm, Sr. and Vivian Ruth Humphrey. Dale work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for many years but had retired.
Dale is survived by her daughter, Misty Lynn Wells (Joe) of Quinlan, Texas; son, Jim Odom; and her sister, Robbie Day.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar F. Hamm, Sr. and Vivian Ruth Humphrey and her sister, April Ellison.
