Dale Thomas Voehringer, aged 93, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on October 22, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 8, 1932, in Dayton, Ohio, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and joy.
Dale pursued his education at the University of Dayton, where he laid the foundation for a successful career as an engineer. He dedicated his professional life to General Motors, where he retired from a fulfilling role that showcased his ingenuity and commitment to excellence.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dale proudly served his country in the Air Force from 1952 to 1956. It was during this time that he met his beloved wife, Marion, with whom he shared 71 wonderful years of marriage. Their bond was a testament to love and companionship, and their life together was filled with ample laughter and cherished memories.
Dale’s personality radiated kindness and a fun-loving spirit. He was cherished by those around him for his warmth and his ability to bring joy to the lives he touched. He found great fulfillment in spending time with his family, often enjoying leisurely days fishing or going to the lake.
He is survived by his two sons, Gary (Jennifer) Voehringer and Don (Victoria) Voehringer, as well as his treasured grandchildren, Shannon Barth and Tiffany Voehringer. His legacy continues through his great-grandsons, Jackson Barth and Mason Barth, who brought even more joy into his life.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Edna Voehringer; his beloved wife, Marion; his grandson, Thomas Voehringer; and his siblings, Robert Voehringer, Jack "Don" Voehringer, and Betty Fuller.
As we remember Dale, we celebrate a life that was devoted to family, service, and love. His generous spirit and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.
