A toast. Here's to you Dale. You served your country. You managed a successful business. You and Barb raised a great family. You lived life well with humor and grace. Cheers!
I'll always remember the Ziggy.

"Business is business" is a phrase heard often. Now and again you do 'business' with someone that goes beyond a business relationship. While I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked to, I consider Dale Sr. a friend. He was always a gentlemen to all of us at Pennwest Homes and we appreciated him. We didn't just lose a business partner. We lost a friend and one of the most respected men in our industry. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Yingst family.

There are many good men I have met in my life. There are very few GREAT men . Dale was a Great Man . Even in these times of sorrow, the Yingst family is blessed to have had such a person in their life everyday. Dale Jr. I am so sorry I can't make it down for the services. Your Family and friends are in my thoughts.

I played a lot of golf with Dale back in the 70S AND 80S. He was a good player and a great competitor. We always had a good match. Gin rummy afterwards was the same. He was a fun guy to be with and broke out with his famous smile many times during these competitions. I'm sure that his buddies at Hershey Country Club are going to miss Dale and have great memories of him, as I do. Bob Spangler
