Lowell Reinschell Obituary

Dallas Lowell Reinschell, 90, of New Plymouth, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Pickering House, Lancaster. He was born on Feb. 23, 1935, in New Plymouth, the son of the late Frank and Mary E. (Warthman) Reinshell. He was married for 62 years to his wife, Ruth Ann (Mills) Reinschell, who survives.

Lowell worked in the oil field for a number of years before working at Goodyear in Logan, retiring with 30 years of service. While working at Goodyear, he also drilled water wells with Larry Sater, Sater Reinschell Drilling. Lowell loved going to car shows and showing his 1967 Oldsmobile. He was a member of the Union Furnace United Methodist Church.

Lowell is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann; son, Chad L. Reinschell of Logan; brother, Gary (Judy) Reinschell; sister, Martha Anthony; and sister-in-law, Rita Reinschell.

Lowell was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lonzo (Janie) Reinshell, Frank (Mary M.) Reinshell, Vike (Joan) Reinschell, and Dean Reinschell; sisters, Anita (Henry) Hatem, Carol (Byron) White, and Patricia (Maury) Bowen; and brother-in-law, Richard Anthony

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2025, at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St, Logan, with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery, Nelsonville. Family and friends may visit from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
