Dalma "Pat" Larimore

Dalma "Pat" (Jones) Larimore, 89, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday September 24, 2025. She was born on December 12, 1935 to the late Grover R. Jones and Flossie M. (Wright) Jones.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of sixty-five years, Virgil "Tom" Larimore, Jr and a brother Wydell Jones. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Stone (Don); two grandchildren, Logan Stone and Samantha Stone; three brothers, Ivan L. Jones, Loy "Man" Jones and Delson Jones; two sisters, Florence Ford and Becky Parnell; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.

Originally from Green County, Kentucky, Pat moved to Louisville after high school where she worked as a banker before taking on her favorite roles as mother, homemaker and grandmother. She and Tom traveled extensively, and she supported Tom in his duties as secretary of his local Masonic Lodge and his role as Treasurer for the Grand Lodge of Kentucky for several decades.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, PALs, and staff of Belmont Village for the exceptional care and compassion they provided over the past two years. A special thank you to her Senior Helpers Aretta, Portia, Tamra and Tonya who became not only caregivers but special friends to both Pat and her family.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10am – 12pm at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Her funeral service will be at 12:00pm at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
