Damon Jeffrey Billinger of Rocky Ford passed away in Colorado Springs at the age of 54. Damon was born in Gardena, California to Conni and Vernon Billinger. He grew up in California and loved to watch sports, always rooting for the Dodgers, Raiders and Lakers. He was an excellent bicyclist and would ride his bike all over. He enjoyed going to the Redondo Beach pier, where he would eat clam chowder, corn on the cob, fish & chips along with Mexican food. He was a jack of all trades and very mechanically minded. He could fix anything and was great at repairing bikes. Damon was a very warm, compassionate, caring person. He remembered all occasions and would always check in on his family.
Damon is survived by his 3 children: Audriana Billinger of Santa Maria, CA, Lily Billinger & Candace Billinger, mother: Conni Billinger of Rocky Ford, father Vernon Billinger of NC, 1 brother: Vernon Ron Billinger of Rocky Ford, 2 grandchildren: Jordan Ruiz, Bryant Ruiz, both of Santa Maria.
Private services will be held at a later date.
