Damon Allan Woolsey, 65, of Sadler, Texas, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Damon was born on May 1, 1960, in Fort Worth, Texas to Rogers and Cherry (Graham) Woolsey. He dedicated his career to serving others as the Director of Maintenance at Prosper ISD, where his strong work ethic and steady leadership were greatly valued. Damon enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors, finding peace and joy in nature.
He is survived by his daughter, Callie McDonald and husband, Michael, of Sherman; his brothers, Barry Woolsey of Gainesville and Derek Woolsey of Fort Worth; his parents, Rogers and Cherry Woolsey; and his beloved grandson, Briggs McDonald.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evorie and Bill Graham, Jessie and Floyd Woolsey, and his sister-in-law, Holly Woolsey.
Graveside services for Damon will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Collinsville Cemetery.
Damon will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his love of the outdoors, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life.
