Dana Kinnie Obituary
Born on September 8, 1955 in Winchester, VA, he was a son of the late Thomas S. and Betty A. (Price) Kinnie. He also was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Kinnie and Scottie Kinnie and a sister, Carolyn "Susie" Long.
Surviving are his sister, Brenda VanMeter of Westernport, MD; two brothers, John Kinnie and wife Sheila of Gilmore, MD and Steven Kinnie and wife Debbie of Keyser and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Llewellyn officiating.
Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Moscow Mills, MD.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the wound care and emergency room departments at UPMC Western Maryland for their excellent, compassionate care of Dana while he was under their care.
