Dana Charles Wall 77, of Garner passed away peacefully surrounded by his family early Saturday morning January 24, 2026.
He was the son of the late Lacy and Lucille Wall. In addition to his beloved parents, he was also proceeded in death by his brothers Fred and Donald Wall, sister-in-law Patricia Wall.
A graduate from Garner High School in 1967, shortly after graduation, he served in Vietnam (Army). He also served in Desert Storm in 1991.
He is survived by his wife of 53 and a half years Joan Davis Wall, his son Jonathan Wall, daughter in law Karen of Raleigh, daughter Sarah Wall Parker and son-in-law Stephen of Garner, grandchildren Gavin and Chloe Wall, Bridget Allen and Cody Parker, brother Tim Wall of Willow Spring, sister-in-law Myriam Wall of Hampstead and several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Clyde's Chapel Baptist Men's and/or Mission Serve. A visitation will be held January 28th from 6-8 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh on January 29th at 12:00 pm.
