I hope that, even though your world is dark right now, you are soon able to see some light in the memories you have of Dane. Hurt will slowly fade, but memories will not. Truly sorry for the loss of this good man.

Gone too soon. "But it not up to us to ask Jesus why. We´ll know in the sweet by and by." that is a line from a song by Chris Stapleton that is so true. We have so many good memories of Dane and I don´t know where to start. The best one is that Dane was Randy and my practice baby. Randy would go get Dane as soon as she got off the school bus. We would babysit Dane as much as we could. He was a good baby. We would put him in his stroller, and I would push him back and forth while we spooned on the love seat in Howard´s and Babe´s den. I couldn´t tell you how many times we would go to see Dane and he would tell me of his new hobby. Most of the time it would be the same as what I was doing. He had an inquisitive mind and searched for knowledge about everything. He made up his mind in the first grade that he was going to drop out of school when he reached sixteen and did. But that didn´t stop him from learning. He was a talented man that had a world of skills and knowledge. I remember the first time I met Debbie at Jerry´s house. I told Dane that he better marry her before someone else grabbed her up. Thankfully, he took my advice, and they made a perfect couple. Thanks Lord. Dane may be gone from this earth, but he lives on in mine and Randy´s heart. We miss you so much Dane.
