Daniel Gene Boaz
1st Sgt. (ret.) Daniel Gene Boaz, 77 passed away peacefully on 12/30/2023 at home. He is survived by his wife Sharlene Boaz, his sister Betty Hogans, his four children Thomas W. Boaz, Gregory A. Boaz, Jennifer L Wright, and Daniel S. Boaz. His step daughter Ellen M. Snyder, his 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles W Boaz, Constance M. Boaz, his sister Maryann Smith and his 4 brothers; Jerry Boaz, Robert (Bobby) Boaz, David (Dave) Boaz, and Kenneth (Kenny Boaz).
Daniel served 26 years in the United States Army and was very honored to serve. He worked for Ford in Louisville and at the Guess Factory doing security, after his retirement, before moving to Texas to be near his children and grandchildren.
He was very loved and will be dearly missed. He had a huge heart and would do anything he could for anyone that needed it. He loved his Chicago Bears, Kentucky Wildcats, and WWE wrestling.
