Daniel C. Graham of Cuyahoga Falls passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 72.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents Nancy K. Graham and Kenneth Graham Sr. & his brother Kenneth Graham and his sister Leona Johnson.
He is survived by his son Chad Hollen and Chad's mother Roberta, and Matthew Hill.
He leaves his brother Donald Graham and wife Laurie, his sister Jennie Lance, and his twin sister, Kathy Platt.
He will be greatly missed by all his many other family members.
Dan had a wonderful niece that he dearly loved, Debbie Johnson. They had a special bond and she was always available for him throughout his cancer journey.
The family wants to acknowledge and thank Town Square Hospice for their compassion, care, skill, and support.
Per his request, there will be no service, but we will celebrate his life on his birthday later in April.
