Daniel M. Corbin, 75, born in Denver, Colorado on June 27, 1950, died in Payson, Arizona on December 3, 2025. As a young boy, Dan studied classical piano and received trophies and was featured on a TV program at the age of 10. He moved to San Diego when he was 19, and enjoyed body surfing, boating, hiking and fishing. He majored in physics but began an insurance career with Farmers Insurance. He returned to Colorado where he met his wife of 39 years. They relocated to New York where he had a career with Professional Insurance Association and after 28 years, they moved to Payson, Arizona where he continued to work remote for PIA.
Dan had a personal experience with his Lord, Jesus, when he was 19, and throughout his life, he led bible studies in home groups, prison ministries, nursing homes, the Denver Rescue Mission and most recently with the men of U Turn for Christ. He always had a heart for the lost and hurting and a love of God's word, and dedicated his life to sharing the love of Christ.
Dan had a wonderful sense of humor and a warm and patient way about him. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and neighbors, sharing a glass of wine by the fire at his home, and taking in the beautiful scenery of Arizona. His time was cut short by cancer but he is celebrating in heaven with his Lord.
Dan is survived by his wife, Cindy, his sons: Patrick Fleming, Josh Corbin (Jeanette), Daniel W. Corbin (Laura) and Adam Corbin (Lyndsey), his grandchildren Alaina, Elliana, Jackson and Olivia, his sisters: Nancy Heaney (John), Patty Sharp (Bill) and Kristy Adams (Stan), and his devoted terrier, Carson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Mountain Bible Church on Saturday, December 20th at 2:00 p.m.
