Daniel Della Croce, 55 of Tottenville, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Home.
Born Thursday, May 25, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Arthur Della Croce and the late Mary (Cowdell) Della Croce.
A Gulf War Veteran, Daniel served his country proudly in the US Navy. Following his discharge, Daniel held several positions before his career as a safety supervisor for Bus transit.
Daniel was a known to his family as a social butterfly. With an outgoing personality, and his knack for keeping his close circle of friends since high school together for over 40 years, Daniel valued his friendships deeply. His most cherished moments were time spent with family especially his daughter Amanda.
Long time partner of Jeanne O'Sullivan.
Loving father of Daniel Della Croce, Amanda Della Croce and Samantha Caccamo.
Dear father in law of Rockelle, and Melissa.
Adored brother of Thomas Della Croce and his wife Sarah, Christine Della Croce and her fiancé Robert Rettle, Peter Della Croce, Patricia Della Croce, Irene Della Croce and her husband the late James Della Croce.
Cherished grandfather of Lillian.
Uncle to many and friend to all who knew and loved him.
A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc. located at 28 Eltingville Blvd Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.
