Daniel P. DeLong, 75, of Bowers, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 21, 2025. He was surrounded by his loving wife Donna L. (Althouse) DeLong, daughters, Dawn R. (DeLong), wife of Orwin M. Moore, Blandon; Traci L. (DeLong), wife of Matthew S. Osborne, Bowers, and son, Paul J. DeLong, Bowers. Also, granddaughters: Abby, Emma, and Mikayla. Daniel is also survived by a sister, Donna L. (DeLong), widow of Raymond Ahrens, Ephrata.
Daniel loved classic cars and enjoyed attending local car shows with one of his three classics. He also liked and collected Lionel Trains. Daniel was a dairy farmer operating DeLong Farm first, with his parents then, until his retirement in 2013.
A Graveside Service to honor and celebrate Daniel's life will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 11:00 a,m. in Union Cemetery of Bowers, 63 Old Bowers Road, Bowers, PA 19511, with his Pastor, The Reverend Crystal Angstadt, officiating. There are no public viewing or calling hours.
