Daniel Joseph Drewek, 63, of Ivanhoe, TX, and formerly of Little Lake, passed away at his home unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday, May 14, 2023. He was born at the USAF Hospital, Lockbourne Air Force Base, Ohio on April 15, 1960 to Donald David Drewek and Shirley Ann (Eder) Drewek. He was preceded in death by his father on April 9, 2012, at the age of 77.
Daniel married Theresa Ann (Weekley) Drewek on April 9, 1988 in Allen, Texas. He was a hardwood installation supervisor for 40 plus years. Daniel was a loving man who always had a kind word for everyone. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved all of his family, especially his grandchildren, so very much. His hobbies included gardening, woodworking, computer gaming, and playing with his grandkids! His favorite movie was 'Lone Wolf McQuade.' He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Theresa 'Terry' Drewek; son, John 'JD' Drewek; a daughter, Tacy (Dakota) Drewek Barnes; granddaughter, Dixie Barnes; grandson, Jaxon Barnes; his mother, Shirley Drewek; three brothers: Timothy (Karen), Martin (Michelle), and Matthew (Patricia) Drewek; two sisters, Kathleen (Michael) Burrow and Cynthia (LJ) McCreary; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 10th at St. Paul Catholic Church, Negaunee, with Rev. Larry Van Damme officiating. The family will greet family and friends for one hour prior to Mass at the church on Friday.
Koskey Funeral Home of Negaunee is honored to be assisting the family.

Dan was a wonderful Husband, Father, and Grandfather. I miss him so very much every day. You dont just forget someone you were Married to and Loved for 35 years. Im so glad he came to Texas and we found each other. I will Always Love You Honey. Your Loving Wife Terry ❤
