Daniel Elmore Obituary
Daniel R. Elmore, 36, of Little Mountain, died Friday, January 2, 2026.
Born of September 12, 1989 in Columbia, Daniel was the son of Glenn E. Elmore and Renee Hendrix. He was a 2008 graduate of Crestwood High School. He was employed by Home2 Suites in Newberry.
Daniel enjoyed playing video games and being with his friends. He also loved driving Miss Daisey.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Glenn and Libby Elmore of West Columbia; his mother, Renee Hendrix of Little Mountain; sisters, Kelly (Andrew) McKee of Gilbert and Abby Hennessee of Little Mountain; grandparents, Linda Hendrix of Little Mountain and Betty Elmore of Sumter; and by a niece, Lilly Morris.
He was predeceased by grandfathers, W.P. Hendrix and Bobby Elmore.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00PM Sunday, January 11, 2026 at St. Philip's Lutheran Church by the Rev. Terry Amick. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
