In Loving Memory of Daniel Jackson 3-30-1965 to 6-19-2023 Daniel Rae Jackson was born on March 30, 1965 in Bakersfield California. Daniel spent most of his life in Kern County and attended Bakersfield High School. Daniel served in the US Army Reserves. He was sent to Panama where he was a Water Purification Specialist. Daniel was a professional truck driver, transporting goods across our country. Daniel loved music, classic cars, Jack Daniels memorabilia and good food, especially his own homemade spaghetti. More than anything Daniel loved his family and friends. We will all miss him checking in on us the way he always did. Daniel passed away on June 19 , 2023 at his home from natural causes. He is preceded in death by his father David Bishop, Sr. and his beloved daughter and namesake Dani Rae Ledbetter . He is survived by his wife Rita, daughter Alyshia , son Jordan Jackson and stepchildren Elizabeth, Victoria and Ryan. His mother Alvena and stepfather William Johnson. His sister Tammy (Joseph) Sarnowski and brother David (Nicole) Bishop. Eight grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ali , Dustin, Nikolas, Stella , Jordan Jr., Lacey and Olivia. His close cousins Dianna Norris and Evelyn Gauthier as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him dearly. A celebration of life will be held on July 22nd at 10 am Kern River Family Mortuary 1900 N. Chester Ave
