Daniel Willis Jarrell, 59, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in Ben Hill County, Georgia.

Private services will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends Thursday night, from 6 PM until 8 PM, December 11, 2025, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, Georgia.

Daniel was born March 2, 1966, in Ben Hill County, Georgia, to George Willis & Judy Dorminy Jarrell. He was retired from Black Industries, after 25 years of services as a head contractor. He worked on his own as an independent contractor for 10 more years laying phone lines for Windstream. Daniel was working with Jimmy Davis and DeWayne Parrish doing land clearing work as well as with Austin Griffin and Mason Griffin from Irwin County.

Daniel was a 1984 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. He loved life to the fullest. His greatest joys were being in the outdoors working whether it was with cows, excavating land, dove hunting and always cooking on the grill for his family. Daniel also enjoyed his time fishing with his friends.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his sisters: Sandy & Scott Revell and Becky & Chip Wallace, all of Fitzgerald; his nephews and nieces: Chuck & Becky Louthan, Blake & Emily Revell, Seth Wallace, Alex Wallace, Logan & Austin Daniels, Gabe Wallace, Drew Louthan, Matthew Louthan, Anna Claire Louthan and Amelia Cate Louthan.
