Debra Allen Davis, 69, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Saturday, December 6, 2025, at her residence following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held 3 PM, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with the Rev. Dr. Tony Hayes officiating. Her granddaughter, Kenlea Davis-Day, will give the eulogy. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fitzgerald. The family will receive friends from 1-3 Tuesday afternoon before the service.

Mrs. Davis was born July 19, 1956, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Martin & Eleanor Newell Allen. She was a 1975 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. She was a homemaker and a farm wife whose greatest joy was being Nene to her grands. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, visiting the beach, and sitting on the back porch by the fire. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny Davis of Fitzgerald; daughter, Kendra & Kevin Day of Cordele; son, Kenny Ray & Crystal Davis of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Kenlea Davis-Day, Jillian & Riley Evans, Raylea Phillips, Brady Davis, Clay Phillips, Blake Davis, and Suthern Jaxx Wise Davis; sisters: Martena & Tommy Cauthen of Abbeville and Janie & Sam Garland of Fitzgerald; sister-in-law: Lea & Brandon Phillips of Fitzgerald; along with many nieces and nephews and lifelong best friend, Delene Bishop Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Allen Davis and a granddaughter, Mallie Caroline Phillips.

Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald, is in charge of arrangements.
