Daniel Lee Johnson born March 6, 1963 departed this life on Thursday January 23, 2025 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky being 61-years old. Daniel was born at Grapevine the son of the late Rev. Farmer Johnson and the late Lomanie Johnson. Other than his parents, Daniel was also preceded in death by his brother, Freddie Miller and special friend, Ralph Eversole. Daniel worked as a Logger and Mechanic, enjoyed riding his Razor side by side, and was always willing to help work around the church and lend a helping hand.
Daniel Lee Johnson leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sister, Margie Ann Miller of Harrodsburg, KY; sister, Helen Bowling & Earl of Busy, KY; brother, Samuel Dean Johnson of Busy, KY; brother, Nathaniel Johnson of Grassy, KY; sister, Rebekah Lomanie Johnson of Berea, KY; sister, Ruth Jackson of Manchester, KY; sister, Bethsheba Johnson of Busy, KY; brother, David Wayne Johnson of Harrodsburg, KY; special sons, Bentley Conn and Hayden Conn both of Busy, KY; special nieces & nephews, Rebekah Miller, Michelle Neace, Freddie Lee Miller, Samuel Johnson, Jr., Caleb Johnson, Justin Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Logan Holland, Anthony Miller, Vincent Grigsby, Vincent Greg Grigsby, Austin Miller, A.J. Miller, Brandon Brown, Brittney Rockwell, Megan Handy, Summer Shear, and Cheyenne Shear; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.
Visitation for Daniel Lee Johnson will be held on Sunday January 26, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. Funeral Services will follow on Sunday – January 26, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with B.J. Campbell officiating. The Interment will follow in the Grigsby Cemetery located at Grapevine, Kentucky. The following will serve as pallbearers: Caleb Johnson, Greg Grigsby, Samuel Johnson, Jr., Freddie Miller, Nathaniel Johnson, and Josh Johnson.
