Daniel Kalinowski

Daniel Francis Kalinowski, 77, of Rosenberg, Texas passed away on December 19, 2025, in Needville, Texas. He was born on December 17, 1948, in Wharton, Texas to Martin Pete and Frances Eda Kalinowski. Daniel worked at WKM before moving to Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, where he retired from the Distribution Warehouse. His hobbies included barbequing, watching old Westerns, and spending time with his family – especially his granddaughters. He will truly be missed.

In addition to his parents, Martin Pete and Frances Eda Kalinowski, Daniel is preceded in death by his brothers, Marion Kalinowski, Martin Kalinowski, and James Kalinowski, sisters-in-law, Ann Kalinowski and Pam Kalinowski, and nephew Billy Glenn.

Survivors include his son, John Kalinowski and girlfriend Jessica Abbe, of Rosenberg, and his daughter, Sarah Barker and husband Paul, of Needville; siblings, Eileen Wuthrich and husband Delvin, of Wharton and Sandra Sanders and husband Ronald, of Wharton; granddaughters, Emileigh Brynn Quintero and Blakely Greer Barker. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
