Daniel C. "Danny" Martorilli
Of Waltham entered eternal rest & peace unexpectedly on Monday morning, May 20th, 2024, in his home at the age of 40.
Born on May 24, 1983 in Waltham; beloved son of Nicholas Martorilli and the late Debra "Debbie" (Maxwell) Martorilli. Danny was a lifelong resident of Waltham.
Danny attended Waltham Public Schools and spent his career working alongside his father operating the family business Pilgrim Auto Body on Felton Street in Waltham. He was a Tow Truck Driver and Auto Body Technician.
In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening helping to raise the chickens in the family yard, cooking and watching television. In a short time, he lived his life to the fullest. He loved the time spent with his family and friends.
Danny was reunited in heaven with his beloved mother Debbie, and his loving sister & brother who predeceased him, Serena Martorilli in 2016 and Mario Martorilli in 2021.
He is survived by his beloved father Nicholas "Nick" Martorilli; his cherished daughters, Kailyn and Rachel Martorilli; his dear brother Nicholas "Nick" Martorilli Jr.; nephews and niece; Tony, Enzo and Mya Martorilli; his aunt Pamela Maxwell of Belmont; his Uncle Carmine Martorilli, Cousin Kim Maxwell and Todd Maxwell; John "Chugga" "Uncle Buck" Ciaramaglia and his wife Louanne; and his lifelong friends Mike DiFillippo, Tammy Blodgett and Gary Bell. In addition, he is survived by numerous cousins, close friends and extended family.
Those who wish to pay their respects to Danny and his family can do so in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Wednesday, May 29th from 3PM until 6PM. For those who wish to pay their final respects, but are unable to attend, please be sure to sign the guestbook at www.BrascoFuneralhome.com. Parking attendants will be on duty.
Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Danny's life to remember the love and friendship he shared with others during a Funeral Service at the conclusion of visiting hours in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons on Wednesday evening, May 29th at 6pm. Burial will be held private for the family at a later date in Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
Flowers are appreciated or expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to the Dana Farber Jimmy Fund, 10 Brookline Pl, Brookline, MA 02445.
