Daniel McMahan Obituary
In addition to his loving wife of twenty-two years, Danny is survived by sons, Daniel McMahan and wife, Kelly of Arizona, Eddie McMahan of Mount Vernon, Indiana; daughter, Angie McMahan Purkaple and husband, Jack of Zanesville, Ohio; step sons, Shaun Morlan and wife, Megan of Bonnie, Illinois, Danial Morlan of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Tyler Morlan of Anna, Illinois; ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three great-grandsons; brother, Ronald McMahan and wife, Donna of Mount Vernon, Illinois; sister, Connie Geuvens and husband, Mike of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
Danny was a member of the Sons of American Legion and a member of the Church of God Faith. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and his family. He loved calling bingo.
A Graveside Service will be held Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Sursa Cemetery in Mount Vernon. Interment will follow. Memorials may be made in Danny's honor to the charity of the donor's choice.
