Daniel Richard "Dano" Owens

I will Never Forget Dano, and our time together at VMI, Class 1997. His humor & laughter contagious and will be missed...
But, I give thanks for Dano´s life on this earth and His Eternal Life knowing he was/is A Believer in Jesus Christ!

Brother Rat, thank you for the many years of friendship. I truly enjoyed our weekly calls, the laughs we shared. May your memory be eternal. As you always told me, the circle is complete.

Denny, I remember all the Christmases you and Lynn along with Harvey and me shared with Dano and Gretchen. They became good friends. I remember the time we, along with Dano and Gretchen went to a movie in Excelsior. You and Harvey went upstairs to watch your choice of movies. Lynn and I stayed on the street level theater and Dano and Gretchen stayed in the lobby trying to decide which movie they wanted to see. Pretty soon your Lynn and I saw them walking in to see the same movie along with many students of Minnetonka High school. By Monday rumors were flying around the high school that they were a couple. It took a lot of convincing that they were more like brother and sister and finally the rumors died down.
